NiPlats has two key focuses in 2010: 1. Australia’s largest Vanadium resource which is subject to scoping studies designed to deliver a Net Present Value and Mining Lease by mid 2010. The Resource contains world class vanadium in concentrate grades, is easily mined and supports a 100+ year mine life. (Current in ground value of deposit is US$100 Billion). On completion NiPlats will promote the vanadium project across a range of alternatives including sale of the asset, joint venture or mine development. 2. Copper/Gold prospectivity identified in late 2009 which will form the basis of an exploration programme in the second half of 2010. |

| Presented By Ken Hellston, Managing Director - Strike Resources Limited Strike Resources (ASX:SRK) is focussed on the development of the Apurimac Iron Ore Project, through its interest in Peruvian company Apurimac Ferrum S.A. (AF). A Pre-feasibility study on this project was completed in 2008 and a plan of activities to resume exploration and development activities (which were halted as a result of the dispute between AF shareholders - which has now been settled - and uncertainties in capital and resource markets) is currently being prepared by Strike for approval by the AF board. The objectives of this plan will be to seek a significant increase in the resource base of the Apurimac Project area and to refine various development options for this project. As a secondary objective, Strike Resources is continuing with its development of its Berau Coal Project in Indonesia. |

The A1 Gold Mine compliments our Nickel development projects by providing an opportunity for near production cash flow funded from our current cash reserves. Heron has a strong technical team in both management and at Board level with cash at bank of approximately A$61M. |
